A bit crazy but true: We are proud and delighted to announce that we will be receiving the Red Dot Award 2023 for www.identitylab.at on November 3rd, 2023, in Berlin.
The Red Dot Award – A recognition of excellence in design
The Red Dot Award, presented by Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Germany, is one of the most prestigious design awards in the world. It has been awarded since 1955 and honours outstanding design work from various disciplines, including product design, communication design, design concepts and brands & communication design.
The Red Dot Award jury – Independent experts with strict criteria
The Red Dot Award jury consists of independent experts who evaluate the entries according to strict criteria. They assess the projects in terms of innovation, functionality, formal quality, longevity and emotional impact, among other things. The competition in this competition is fierce, with well-known companies, brands and design agencies from all over the world submitting their best work.
A special honor for an agile and owner-managed design studio
This prestigious design award is a special honor and validation of our work, as it is typically awarded to large brands and established design agencies. The fact that our design studio is successful in such a competition fills us with great joy and humility. Identity Lab operates differently from traditional design studios, as we assemble the resources necessary for the success of each project on a project-by-project basis, creating agile and customized approaches.

With a clear focus on usability and aesthetic design, we want to offer our visitors a unique and inspiring experience. It was important to us that the website not only reflects the identity of our design studio and inspires our customers and partners from the start but is also informative and relevant in terms of content to promote positive change in the use of communication design and its role in society.
