Increasing competition from online providers and a generational change in management required a comprehensive repositioning of the Kastner media company.

After all, the family business with 120 years of tradition had to assert itself on the German market as an innovative digital media developer and producer without losing its regional identity.

As part of the company’s repositioning, the products and services offered were assigned to clear business areas. Work and production processes were newly established, and the company’s strategic positioning on the market was defined and implemented.
